By registering for, purchasing, or attending the Shubham Tipugade Hair Color Mastery Workshop (referred to as “Workshop”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

• Workshop seats are limited and will be confirmed only after successful payment.

Workshop Services

The Hair Color Mastery Workshop by Shubham Tipugade is designed to provide advanced professional training in hair coloring techniques, industry knowledge, and salon business growth.

The workshop may include the following:

Participant Responsibilities

All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the workshop.

• Respect the trainer, staff members, and fellow participants.
• Follow safety instructions during practical demonstrations.
• Use workshop materials responsibly.
• Arrive on time and attend scheduled sessions.
• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior during the training.

Prohibited Activities

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording or distributing workshop content without permission.
• Sharing proprietary techniques, materials, or content for commercial purposes.
• Engaging in abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.
• Using workshop material for unauthorized training programs.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, techniques, training content, presentations, videos, and educational resources provided during the workshop remain the intellectual property of Shubham Tipugade.

• Participants are granted access for personal learning purposes only.
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be completed to confirm workshop registration.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods and instructions will be communicated during registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If a participant cancels their registration, refunds may not be guaranteed.
• In case the organizer cancels or reschedules the workshop, participants may be offered:
• Transfer to another workshop date, or
• A refund depending on circumstances.
• Refund decisions will be made at the discretion of the workshop organizer.

Limitation of Liability

The workshop organizer shall not be responsible for:

• Any personal injury during the workshop.
• Loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Business outcomes or financial success resulting from the training.

Participants attend the workshop at their own risk and responsibility.

Photography and Media

During the workshop, photos or videos may be captured for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending the workshop, participants consent to the use of such media for promotional use unless they explicitly request otherwise.

Modification of Terms

Governing Law
